Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Weingut Burg Taggenbrunn GmbH, Jacques-Lemans-Str. 1, 9300 St. Veit /Glan, Austria, Tel. +43 4212 54440, buchhaltung@taggenbrunn.at) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached
withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your intention to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.
