These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop at https://shop.taggenbrunn.at/ by consumers within the meaning of § 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).

All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT (Umsatzsteuer). Shipping costs are
shown separately during the order process and depend on the destination country.

Delivery is made within Austria and internationally by a shipping service provider of our
choice.

Deliveries outside Austria are only made to selected countries. The list of available countries as well as applicable shipping costs and conditions are provided on our website.
Please note that international deliveries may be subject to additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These vary by country and are beyond our control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the import of the ordered goods is legally permitted in the recipient country (e.g., in regard to age restrictions or alcohol import regulations).

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any

9. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received (retention of title in
accordance with § 1063 of the Austrian Civil Code – ABGB).

11. Final Provisions
Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale
of Goods (CISG). Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the
validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction – to the extent legally permissible – shall be the competent court at the registered office of Weingut Burg Taggenbrunn GmbH.
