The elegant Jacques Paagnier is crafted using the Méthode Traditionnelle, the traditional bottle fermentation method. The pressing process is particularly gentle, and the wine undergoes fermentation on the lees for 24 months, resulting in a delicate, long-lasting mousse and an elegant sparkle.
In a golden yellow with shimmering reflections, this sparkling wine enchants with delicate aromas of ripe apple, a hint of lime, and blossom honey. On the palate, it is elegant and juicy, with ripe peach and a mineral finish. A delight full of elegance and sophistication!
