Delicate and refined – fresh citrus, red berry jam, and a floral touch in every sip.
Aged for 24 months on the lees – fine bubbles and an elegant, lasting sparkle.
Juicy red cherries and vibrant freshness – the perfect aperitif for any occasion.

The elegant Jacques Paagnier is crafted using the Méthode Traditionnelle, the traditional bottle fermentation method. The pressing process is particularly gentle, and the wine undergoes fermentation on the lees for 24 months, resulting in a fine, lasting mousse and an elegant sparkle.

In a pale salmon pink with delicate copper reflections, the wine seduces with hints of citrus, fresh red forest berry jam, nuances of cherries, and a floral touch. On the palate, juicy red cherries dominate, accompanied by good complexity, a firm structure, and vibrant freshness. The finish lingers pleasantly. An ideal aperitif!
